Ordered a Bluetooth fm transmitter, after a month of no correspondence I asked has it been sent yet. They responded by explaining it was out of stock and will be delivered in a weeks time. Another month passes by and still no delivery. I’ve had to cancel my order and ask for my money back. Terrible service

I am a customer in Canada and the product never arrived. I have advised them of this and they blamed it on shipping asking me to wait it out. Still no product almost a month later so we are requesting a refund. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Customer support does not get back to you. Due to problems in contacting them I asked for a refund, as they have a 30 day no questions asked refund policy and they have not shipped my good yet. Now there is no answer from them what so ever and no refund happening!

I ordered a case and screen protector from this place, they reported saying they shipped the order the day I ordered it, GREAT! But they said it would take 10-15 days for it to arrive. I was fine with that, even tho they ship from Canada and I live not too far away from it. Then I ended up waiting a month ( a little over) and they told me I could get a refund or a replacement 3-4 days after I emailed them for support. Take my advice, just stick with Amazon/Amazon Prime. Don't waste your time and put your phone's protection on the line :). Waste. OF. TIME!

Made an order on July 12, on the same day got a confirmation email from them stating the order has been shipped with a delivery time of 5-10 working days, it is now 18 working days since, still nothing. I sent a complaint to their costumer service a few days ago and got an imediate auto reply stating they will answer within 48 hours (without a coppy of my actual complaint mind you), closing on 72 hours by now, still nothing. The funny thing is that in the last couple of days i got an email from them congratulating me on receiving the delivery, twice !!! And asking me to fill a costumer satisfaction survey, not cool ! Just for comparison, on the same day i ordered from mobile fun i also ordered something else from aliexpress, half the value, free shipping, got it 5 days ago from some god forsaken town in China.

I ordered a phone case back in November 2016. After 3 months of e mails back and forth and still no phone case or refund.

No customer service. They do not get back to your questions at all.
