They said the item would ship 5-15 days. It's been over 20 days. Contacted customer service and they said wait over a month. Now the phone is broken and will have to pay for repairs. Would have been 1000 times better to pay a little more to get a protector in time. Completely not acceptable.

website stated delivery 2-3 days, not dispatched for 5 days and now 9 days on still no sign of the item

Ordered item for next day delivery and paid the extra for it. Item wasnt dispatched. Requested first thing the next day for it to be cancelled and was ignored and item dispatched anyway

I purchased a Spigen case on the 23/11/2018 and paid extra for express delivery. It arrived on the 28/12/2018. That's 5 weeks later exactly. Shocking stuff and a terrible customer experience. While there is an indication of the stock levels on the MobileFun website it is nowhere near accurate and in my experience is just a gimmick. When I emailed customer service on the 28/11/2018 enquiring about the status of the purchase I was told "The item you have enquired about is currently expected to be in stock on the 30/11/18" "Your order would be added to a back-order list, and it will be immediately dispatched to you as soon as the stock arrives." That's a long way off the 28/12/2018. DO NOT USE MobileFun. Stick with Amazon or other reputable vendors.

Beställde en mobilhållate för bilen. Efter en månad så är det fortfarande inte levererat. Har försökt nå dem via deras mail (på svenska och engelska då dem är England baserat). Deras hemsida har ett support formulär som inte funkar (borta från survey monkey). Har nu reklamerat via PayPal.

Do not use scam artists ... advertising a product they don't have ... won't refund money ... scam artists ... no contact number .. again do not use !!!

Do Not Trust! took all my info and canceled order. Card was good and approved by issuing bank for charges. No email response. I CAN ONLY ASSUME THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES.
