still waiting for a simple item (screen protector) that i placed12 days ago.

Do not trust this people. I made a purchase from the US ( apparently they are located in the UK but could be China via drop ship or fake address) and over a month has passed and I never received anything. They guaranteed 15 business days which already came and went. They never provided a tracking number, only an email saying " it has bee shipped" with no way of tracking anything. I had to open a claim with my CC company. Save yourself the time and anguish and buy somewhere else. For a few dollars it's so not worth it. A total scam.

I purchased a mobile phone holder that fitted into the CD player. It just didn’t work as soon as you attached the phone it fell out of the CD player even when the car was stationary. I have filled in a returns note request, since then nothing totally ignored my three follow up email, still have the rubbish holder that doesn’t work. I would never buy anything from this awful company that has no customer service.

I ordered a case for my new Samsung a10. 13.48. It isn't even close to the right one. Although it says on the package. 77738. Samsung Galaxy a10. Your much better off to buy from the store where you got your phone from. Would definitely not recommend this place. 13.48 tossed into the trash

Placed an order, received no confirmation email and the customer relations telephone number goes straight to voicemail. Payment taken from account. Not impressed.

Delivery is completely unreliable. Dealing with customer service is like dealing with children. The item never arrived and I asked for a refund. In response I was offered the a refund which I accepted. Then was informed that instead of a refund the item is being resent as a tracked delivery that requires a signature. The item appears now as delivered without me signing for it and MobileFun refuses a refund unless I return the item I did not ask for and did not receive. I cannot understand why they did not simply provide a refund in the first instance. Strange business model...

Mobile fun Sverige Sämsta företaget. Beställde ett skal 15/9 hörde av mig 1/10 och frågade vart mitt skal var. Fick svar att min adress såg konstig ut???? Frågade vad dom menade fick inget svar. Väntar man i 15 dagar innan man kontaktar om det är något fel? Vilket det inte var.. Hörde av mig igen och då var det it problem istället. 7/10 i dag fortfarande inget skal. Så använd inte dessa skojare om ni vill få era varor.

Bought an Olixar tampered glass screen protector. Dropped the phone, protector is fine, but the phone screen is absolutely smashed to bits. You had one job.
