Looks like I'm not the only one. Placed an order April 2. It's now April 17. Still no package. I emailed the co. and inquired as to status. Was told it was shipped on April 3 but the shipping method I chose didn't have a tracking option even though I paid $3.95 shipping and handling. I live in the midwest not Egypt. Last purchase from these jokers.

Seriously some of the worst service i've ever had the misfortune of receiving. Payed for an item that was listed as in-stock, yet don't receive ANY sort of notification that the item was actually out of stock. After contacting them they have nothing to say but now a dialogue has been opened, I've informed them of their mistake, surely they they will keep me appraised of any further developments? Wrong, month of so later, i check to see that the item is now discontinued. They've not notified me or offered me any kind of refund. Terrible experience and utterly terrible service.

Bought a Note 10+ Whitestone dome Glass screen protector from them. Paid for the 2-3 day shipping, got it 6 days later. Not to mention the Product I bought was damaged in the packaging which isn't all their fault, But I can't even email them about the problem as the email on the website Wasn't found through G-mail. I do not recommend them

This is the second time I've ordered from this company, you would think I would have learned the first time ordering from them would have been a mistake. The first time I ordered it took 15 days for the item to not ship out for them to have to respond to three of my emails stating that the item is not in stock and that they would issue me a refund. you know it's bad when you have to reach out to a company three times before they have the audacity to reach out to the person paying for their product. This time around I ordered an S20 Ultra phone case. On March 9. Yes, March 9. I emailed them 2 weeks ago wondering when the phone case would be here they said give it until 20 days even to reach back out. 20 days came and went as I then reached out again on the 23rd date and the 24th date and the 25th date with little to no response. they then told me to wait until April 6th a whole month after I place the order and kept delaying the shipping time to try and satisfy me. I said I'm not going to wait around a month for a phone case that is ridiculous so I asked for a refund which took three more emails and five more days to receive a refund. I then was told I would get a refund but I will not receive a receipt of refund because they do not do that to international customers which makes zero sense. they told me the product must have been lost in shipping but I guarantee that it never shipped just like last time.

ordered a case and charging cords for a new samsung galaxy a50 on feb 3 and have not received anything after 20 days. response was that " I selected the carrier." which only selected standard shipping staterd as 4-6 business days. the company response that it takes up to 20 busness days.this company may have an excellent record buti i strongly recommend using someone that can deliver in a reasonable amount of time

So I originally wrote a nasty negative review because I never recieved my refund.. I recieved an apology email saying it was overlooked..Charlene N was the person who emailed me. She was VERY apologetic and professional..she assured me she would fix the problem...AND SHE DID..Thank you Charlene for your help..and thank you Mobilefun for righting a mistake..I will continue using you in the future!

I bought a case clear view for samsung note 10 plus but it's not working if you open and close the cover

i ordered iphone pro max phone case on 1/6/20, and they emailed me about shipping on 1/7/20, and now its already 1/20/20, i still did not receive my order. i emailed customer services many times and no one reply me. i am starting to question the this website..is it a scam?
