DO NOT ORDER - I ordered a phone case that i never received. DHL was the delivery service and has not record of receiving my order. I have emailed the company to receive a refund and have never heard back.

Entered address properly but unit number didnt show whdn i receive confirmation. So i emailed them twice immediately. No response. Few days later told me item despatched cant change address

I would my money back. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered my phone case you deserve less than a 1 star review

I ordered a waterproof blue tooth speaker I needed for a bday present ,said it was shipped on june 1 2020..still haven't got it pof 50 bucks gone..This site is a SCAM!! I reported to the BBB they are now under investigation didnt even return my emails !!

First time and last time shopper with mobilefun. I place an order June 24, still not here. Mail never gets lost to my home. Impossible to get a person on the phone. Find somewhere else to shop.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy A71 case. Realized that I needed a A71 5G case. Asked to stop order on a Saturday. Customer service emailed Monday to inform that A71 case does fit the 5G, so they did not cancel my order as requested. I sent a 2nd request to cancel as my item had not shipped yet. They let order go through anyway. Received the case, it DOES NOT FIT. Now I am out the $ 20 in shipping and the case money because I am responsible to send it back. Not worth it to send a $ 10 case back. I sent 2 emails to cancel and it never happened. BAD SERVICE.

I was very shocked when I get a package with Xtra-pc.Then I find you have taken£27.26p from my bank acc. I did NOT order this Item,.I have been in touch with my bank to stop this amount as I DID NOT order these Items.If you try to take this amount from my bank I will take you to court thru my bank.Also I will take you to court.,They will back up everything I have said.It is all down to you now.Tele 07854492717 to discuss this matter.My bank is with me so its up to you.My name is,Peter Fielder-Mills from Guildford
