Bought from them a week ago. Used live chat about 3 times to check status of my order. The first 2 times, they told me they were low in stock. I just had a chat with "Eva" and "she" was very rude. Asked if I wanted a refund because the price changed and before I could answer, she said refunded, then said bye then ended the chat.

Horrible slow service. What is the point of having Livechat and Emails if you don't respond or fix issues?
