I completed several tasks via the MM Wall platform in October 2024 and was promised specific rewards for doing so. To this day, almost a full year later, I have not received anything. At the time, I submitted support tickets with all the necessary proof — screenshots, timestamps, task IDs, everything. Not only did I not receive my rewards, but I also never got a single reply. No update. No explanation. Just radio silence. This is completely unacceptable. A platform that promotes tasks and promises compensation should honour those commitments or, at the very least, respond to support requests in a reasonable timeframe — not ghost users for a year. I’m still in possession of all the evidence and am willing to provide it again if necessary, but frankly, after this level of neglect, I expect this to be sorted immediately. Fix this. Credit the rewards. And stop ignoring the people who engage with your system in good faith.

I have completed the trash cleaner offer for a month and a half and even with photos and video from the beginning when I entered the game, they still haven't paid me.
