Mitch Kahn FitnessReviews of mitchkahnfitness.com

Mitch Kahn Fitness is exactly what I needed and at the right time. I'm not a jump in and do it all quickly kind of person and Mitch respected that and provided me with alternative approaches to exercise. It will take me longer to reach my weight loss and fitness goals, but because of Mitch's coaching, that is o.k. as I have finally stopped the cycle of sabotaging any progress that I have made. The coaching sessions and Mitch's virtual presence have definitely made the difference in my ability to improve my health.

I embarked onto Mitch's programme after being quite disillusioned about my weight and health. I wanted to make a permanent change to my thinking and behaviour around my eating, and to basically get my mind and body moving again in a constructive way. The programme offered me all that, and I have been able to put together meals that are appetising and filling. I have also been able to exercise at my own pace developing strength as well. The coaching sessions are relaxed, but focused. I am managing to keep up with the good habits, and have been losing weight steadily since being on the programme.
