I would give it a zero if offered. The dress was not the material or they style i ordered. Website indicates store is in Houston Texas however shipment came from China. Greatly disappointed

Fake! Sent me a supposed “silk” blouse and it was something you’d buy from Temu! NOT SILK! No labels inside, only a tag that names some kind of cotton that even Google couldn’t find! Also, the stitching was awful and not even finished with straggles of thread hanging off! Took forever to receive, about 10 emails to get an answer to my return request, and had to pay $20.00 return postage to CHINA. OVER A MONTH NOW AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Beware!!!!

Would give it zero stars if I could. It’s a cheap Chinese made product and it’s nearly impossible to return and at the customers expense (roughly $60 to ship to Canada). The site says free returns up to 50 days but the small print clarifies they just don’t charge a restocking fee, the rest is at the expense of the consumer. Totally fraudulent scam of a company. Do not spend your money here.

Poor quality. Company says they are based in Texas. This stuff has to come from china. The cart specifically said free 50 day returns. I contacted customer service and they responded multiple times asking if I wanted to keep the item for a discount, or accept anything else but a full return. I refused and they gave me a Canada address to ship it back, not free. However it specifically stated free. They are frauds. Do not buy. You will be scammed.

I ordered a striped sweater recently. The sweater I received is not the same sweater as pictured on their website. It is not the same quality, material, or colors and slightly different style. Currently, they are refusing to give me a refund for the sweater unless I pay shipping cost, which I’m told are very expensive. They are offering a partial refund and claiming there is a slight variation in manufacturing. This company is a scam. AVOID!

Awful product. Ordered a blouse that showed up looking like something one pulled out of the bottom of the bin at Goodwill. The quality was poor, the sizing was really off and now I’m unable to return without paying 1/3 the price of the blouse in order to ship it to Canada. The logo that MB had on my purchase order thru SHOP app said free 50 day returns. I think I’m going to plead my case to the credit card company but doubtful that will help. DON’T BUY from THIS STORE

I ordered 2 pair of shoes that looked fantastic on the website. Both of them were too small and there was no sizing on the shoe to make sure I received the correct size. They are very cheaply made and came from China according to the tracking I could see once they were shipped. Unfortunately I did not see these reviews before I submitted my order. Buyers beware.

I wouldn’t even give this one star. Absolutely terrible quality, fraudulent advertising and expensive, international return shipping which the customer is responsible. The one star reviews are 100% accurate. Shoes were not what was advertised and did not even ship in a box. I doubt I’ll even get my 20% refund.
