Misleading website. Merchandise shipped from China so was taking forever. Tracking showed my products arrived but never actually did. Company did not respond to my email about not receiving.

Scam. DO NOT BUY unless you want to consider your money a donation to them. Cute shoes on website with nice packaging- what I received was crappy direct from China shoes that run very small with thin vinyl and hard foam soles. Strap a yoga block to your foot to get the picture. Rerun policy says they take them within 50 days but what they really mean is, you can ship them to an APARTMENT in CANADA at your own expense OR take a 20% refund. So THEIR cost of this junk is covered and I wasted $58. I read the return policy before buying and thought I was getting something of quality. Wish I looked here first.

Over a month and still no shipment info, endless emails, can't refund unless it's shipped back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I too fell for the "quality leather craftsmanship". The reason I purchased the slides was because they showed a heel strap on the female model in the ad. I realized the product was a scam after a few days. Tried to cancel the order. They would not allow since they stated that they already shipped. Order was made mid September and they just arrive yesterday (10/5). They look like clown shoes only brown. They DO NOT have the heel strap as the picture displays. They are HUGE and poor quality leather; they looked worn and scuffed. Fifty dollars down the drain.

Quality of product worse than 1 star. Absolutely DO NOT buy from Mitchell Barocio.

This company is stated as a Texas business however all products come from China- poorly made and hard to get a refund. Business is not to be trusted

I wish I had seen all the reviews before I made an order here. Totally agree with the complete misleading routes to Texas quality of handcraft workmanship. These products are completely made in China and extremely of cheap polyester quality In addition, the response took days and they offered me various options because the refund is to Canada, claiming that the international tariffs and shipping cost outweigh the refund, giving me any option to keep the products I have yet to get the final refund, so let’s see, but do not even think of buying the products. What the pictures show are far different than what the product looks like, and when you get it

Worst experience ever. Products were cheap and not as advertised. Made in China and of very poor quality. Support email responded initially but keeps stalling on the return and asking for additional shipping fees. Now they have gone silent. This company is truly a scam. I should have known. This is criminal.
