This place deserves a 0 legit. I’ve never been scammed so hard from something Google recommended front and center. Looney toons ass shoes that they gave me. Complete trash, fake, rubbery, product. Best thing I can compare to is a spirit Halloween costume. It’s that level if not worse. Do not order from here. BEWARE. And they will make you pay and jump through hoops to get a refund.

STAY AWAY - this is a poorly run 3rd party reseller of low quality Chinese goods. No phone number, they take days to respond, once you place the order - you cannot cancel, even if you do not receive the product.

I ordered the lyric sneaker, I received a black pair of loafers. Contacted the company, sent pictures of the item I received, and days later they responded saying they would send my refund shortly. A week later, still no refund, contacted the company again, several times, with no response. They do not have a phone number, or Facebook messenger, so you cannot contact them directly other than via email. Buyer beware!!

I wholeheartedly agree with the other negative reviews, and this site is just one of many that make returns sound simple and then end up offering a fraction of what you paid to go away. Harper & Wells is another one. I hope everyone looks up Trustpilot reviews before buying from any company served up through social media.

The quality and condition of the blouse I received from Mitchell Barocio was so substandard, it looked nothing like the picture, and clearly a cheap Chinese produced garment of poor quality and craftsmanship. It’s awful and will end up at Goodwill. Never again.

Fraud returns. The $50 shoes I ordered were mislabeled the wrong size. When I started the return, they said I’d have to pay like $30 to ship back to Canada. CANADA? I didn’t order anything from CANADA!

SCAM! This company presents itself as a small, personal company but it most definitely is not. I ordered a hat and it was shipped from China in practically no packaging. It arrived competely smooshed, horrible quality and nothing like the pictures. I'm trying to return the hat as it's not even wearable and the best they can offer me with out me paying to ship the hat back myself is a 20% refund or store credit. Completely ridiculous and disappointing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
