Hi Dino, We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you feel. To clarify what has happened with your order, here’s the timeline from our side: November 2 – You placed your order. November 3 – We shipped your parcel and handed it over to the international courier. November 15 – Your parcel was received by the local courier, EVRi. Mid–November onward – You let us know you hadn’t received the package. Each time you reached out, we replied with updates and tracking information and followed up with the courier on your behalf. Courier investigation – When we contacted EVRi, they initially told us that the customer refused the parcel. You informed us that this was not what happened and that EVRi had actually told you they had misplaced your package. Even with this contradicting information, we chose to side with you and treat it as a lost parcel. November 23 – We arranged to reship your order at our cost and sent you the new tracking number right away. Currently – The replacement parcel is in transit and tracking is updating. Due to peak season, couriers are experiencing delays, but based on the latest scans it is expected to arrive this week. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a special gift doesn’t arrive on time, and we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. While courier delays and errors are outside our direct control, we have been actively monitoring your order, responding to your messages, investigating with the courier, and reshipping your package to make sure you receive what you paid for.
