I’ve ordered many products from this company and just recently placed another order for over $300. Upon reviewing my invoice I realized the company is preemptively adding an “unlimited returns” charge to the cart at checkout. They got me for an extra $10 on my most recent order, and the description says this is for “free returns”. I think it’s so scammy to add random charges for a prepaid return shipping label I will probably never need. For anyone considering placing an order with Miss Me, make sure you remove the unlimited return charge from your cart prior to checkout! I won’t be placing another order with this company until they discontinue this unethical practice. Customers should have the option to clearly opt IN to this extra charge instead of sneaking it in and requiring us to opt OUT.

Thrifted a pair of old miss me jeans a while back and they were great so I decided to order a pair first hand as well- my order came out to $130 for low rise jeans with skulls on the back pockets. The embroidery was fine but the material was that soft stretchy fake denim material, they ran too big and most disappointing part is that the “low rise” went above my bellybutton. I would’ve been find with this type of quality if I had ordered a knock off from temu but from the actual website and for $130????? NEVER

I ordered a pair of jeans. I love them, the design is beautiful and the quality pretty much too, but the price is a bit too much (the taxes and fees and whatsoever cost half of the item i ordered, which is insane). The delivery was uncomplicated, the tracking was very good and the package arrived earlier than it was estimated, even tho it said it would have a delay. I would probably buy again!

Great business. I have bought several jeans and they are of very high quality. Recently, one pair had a manufacturing issue. I had only worn them a few times but they were already hemmed so was concerned about how they would respond. They saw the photos and immediately admitted that is was a manufacturing issue. They offered a refund or a replacement and I happily accepted a replacement as I loved the jeans. It's really not until one has an issue that one knows if a business is great or not and if they will stand behind their products. Miss Me certainly does. I am a customer for life and truly appreciate their help when something went wrong.

Dec 4 I placed an order with an online promo free keychain. Walking through the payment step I was charged for the keychain so I reached out to customer service and they removed the 24.99 After a week I reached out and asked for a tracking number or an update on my order they said it was processing 11 days later I reached out asked for an update. They told me they were behind because they had a busy weekend. Once I get notification, my order was shipping. It took days before it started to track. I received it on December 23. I’ll like to find out I didn’t have the keychain with the order when I reached out they told me it was an online error that that promotion ended December 3 and my order was placed on December 4. I found the whole process very unprofessional.

Ordered a silver fringed top. What arrived can only be described as a cheap grey wig. The side by side pictures are ridiculous. Customer service offered a discount on my next purchase or to keep it and receive a partial discount back. This company is a scam.
