I enjoyed this mission trip so much! I'd love to be able to come back and do another mission trip in the future! It was truly an eye-opening experience. Some of the things that I took away from this mission trip are to always be thankful for what you have, you can find joy and happiness and something to be thankful for no matter your circumstances, and that a relationship with God is very important. I enjoyed hearing the stories and testimonies of those that told what God has done in their lives. Those that we were able to served seemed so grateful for what we were doing, and I'm so glad to have been able to be a small part of that. Overall, I had a great experience on this mission trip and hope to be able to do it again sometime!

On this trip I learned how God is there for all different types of groups of people all across the world. It was an inspiration seeing people who had close to nothing having the strongest faith in God that I have ever seen.

The trip to Daytona was remarkable. We were involved with several Christian agencies who are doing great work for the marginalized population. It was a privilege to see how God is working in Daytona and fun to come alongside these really great agencies. Nathan was an excellent trip leader-the best I’ve ever worked with at Mission Discovery.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us Terri. I'm so glad to hear that Nathan was a great trip leader and that you enjoyed working alongside some of our Christian partners in Daytona. It sounds like you really got a sense of how God is at work through these agencies, which is always an incredible privilege--and one we're grateful for as well! We're also glad to hear that Mission Discovery met all your expectations on this trip. If there's anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Mission Discovery is a phenomenal organization. This was our 13th trip with MD. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is planned and the trip goes smoothly. Our trip coordinator displayed integrity, patience, and compassion. We are looking forward to planning our trip for 2023! Thank you MD for the opportunity to see God move in the hearts and lives of the people we served and our team members as well.

Our trip to Daytona Beach was incredible! The partnerships, the organizations, the staff, the volunteers, the projects, the people served, and the ministry that took place in and around the area gave our 40+ high school students a glimpse into the kingdom of God working together at its best, serving some of the most vulnerable in our society in a way in which our teenagers could relate. Many in our group have come back home with a renewed vision for ways they can love and serve some of those same underserved people in our own backyard.

It's always a blessing when we hear back from people who have been impacted by what they've seen on a Mission Discovery trip. We cannot wait to serve with you all again in 2023!
