It was literally life changing. That may sound over dramatic but it’s the truth. I came home with a completely different attitude and spirit. I’m not sure exactly what caused this but I can say with certainty that the Lord was working that week. I appreciate all of the people I encountered and was blessed building relationships with. I am so thankful for this experience and would adore to see all involved work together someday again. Worship was such a fun time for me and allowed a really peaceful and welcoming time for us to decompress and sit with the spirit. I loved being given the opportunity to pray at meals and the inclusiveness of the community. Thank you so much for memories and lessons that I will never forget. I stepped outside of my comfort zone more than a few times and am all the better for it.

I think this Missions Trip was a great to get closer with my youth group and get closer with God. Getting to know people and meeting new people was really exciting. One of the best parts of it was helping different people fix buildings or give out food. I think that the Missions Trip with Mission Discovery was a great success and I'd love to do it again.

Mission Discovery Does it Again! This is now our third trip with mission discovery and they all have truly been amazing. This year was no exception, from the food at the local college, to the flexible schedule, great nightly messages, and work projects tailored to your group. It was a trip my students will never forget. Can't wait for another trip next year!

My god sighting was the moment we went to work on Mr.Martin house. The flooring was bad and yet God put us all together under the house. Working to reinforce his flooring. Also some of use I share a personal thing that happens to me three days before we went to Puerto Rico and how wonderful and all the love that God showed me that day. Puerto Rico was my first missionary trip and God showed me so much love and people that need help and I feel in my heart that this would not be my last missionary trip. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of that God bless

My trip with Mission Discovery was life changing!! They put so much thought and care not only into those we were serving in Puerto Rico but also into us. They were so well organized and had such a loving servant heart. I will definitely be going on more trips with Mission Discovery!

My first mission trip, and it was the best week of my life so far. Left the trip with a greater appreciation for all the things in my life I may have taken for granted. Enriching experience. I made new friendships. I left with a newfound understanding of God's love, and a newfound courage by trusting the Lord. The Lord was glorified on this trip, and it was truly incredible. Can't wait for my next one!
