This was definitely my favorite mission trip in terms of my activities and the difference I felt we made in the community. We had tremendous amounts of hands-on activities (building, missions, food delivery) as well as a bit of independence within the community. Working with Kairos school offered our group valuable opportunities to interact with our new friends in Guatemala. The day trip was also an exceptional experience.

This trip was incredible and I got to experience so much that I hadn’t before. I especially loved building relationships with the people there, especially the kids. The biggest challenge was the language barrier, but I was surprised at how easy it was to communicate despite a different language.

If you're looking to experience God in a new way. Go out and serve him. I went on a mission trip to tecate Mexico. Where we built two homes for needy families. Mission discovery made our group and me feel like family as we worked prayed and share together. I would highly recommend them for mission trip and plan on doing one again in the future.

If you have never been on missions trip, I strongly recommend you consider going on one with Mission Discovery. I have been on several with Nathan Walters and I can't say enough about the experience. You may think that going on a mission trip is about building a house or doing a VBS, but the trip will transform your life. I really encourage young people to consider the opportunity. Encounters with God happen nearly every day. The accommodations in Tecate, MX are great as is the food. The interactions with Ana and Peter are powerful as are the times of service with the local families. Strongly recommended.

This trip to Tecate, Mexico was such a spiritually lifting experience. There were many God sightings this week including seeing the fruits of the organization’s work turning into a church for the community. I thought we got to connect with the families in need very well in this trip which was a blessing as well. I would love to go and serve another year.

Josh, Joel, and Heather were wonderful! They were very organized and made our experience great because of that. Their leadership on the worksites and in the church was top notch. Our youth would not have had the same incredible mission trip without these three individuals!

Bulembu was an experience that holds so many wonderful special memories for me. Bulembu is amazing for what they have done to care for their precious children. The children were such a delight! They were so happy and friendly to see us every day. They couldn’t wait to spend time with our team members. We met the loving and caring aunties who took care of the children, in a home. The children sure showed the love of Jesus! The Lord, all-powerful, is definitely at work in Bulembu.

My mission trip to BULEMBU ESWANTINE SOUTH AFRICA, has taught me to love others as God loves us not for what we are but for what we can be by letting Jesus Christ lead my life in loving others unconditionally where ever you may go to serve others you learn to love better Thank you for the opportunity to serve other
