This was a terrible customer service experience. Tried to top up a Cuban friends phone, website acknowledged the purchase, sent a confirmation, no credit applied to the cell phone account, no response from Minuerolocal despite repeated phone calls to various numbers, text messages, emails (they bounced back as undeliverable). Finally gave up and went to a company that is not incompetent.

Demaciadas ofertas verdad. Pues me vaciaron mi visa que tenia 90 USD. Yo estaba apurado y no me fije en esas cosas
