Bad experience first they told me the ECU would be in within 3 to 5 days I didn't receive it first 6 weeks second the ECU is not pre-programmed and I'm still waiting for somebody to call me back to figure out how we're going to get that taken care of so $200 of my money was basically wasted

Flagship one is the same as mintt and FS1 failed to deliver the product that I paid for, failed to communicate and left me hanging. I still haven't been able to get my car fixed.

I ordered June 22nd and still have not received the module. I have contacted a couple times with chat since phone line is always busy. Yesterday requested to cancel my order with immediate refund. Person I spoke with said correct people were not in office and I would be contacted today, didn’t happen. Cancel my order and provide an immediate refund, thanks It is now July 22nd and still have not received my refund. I actually spoke with someone last week and said was in process,

They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03 GMC Sierra 1500 and they will not return emails or messages or refund our money. Buyers beware I would not recommend getting parts from here for your vehicles. My recommendation would be to deal with a local auto parts store where u live.

I am very disappointed in the return policy. I purchased a part for my car and when I received it I took it to a certified Ford Dealership only for them to tell me that they could not get it to work on my car. I called and set up a return for the part. I was notified that the technician tested the part and it worked, but they did not test it on my car because they did not have my car. I was only going to get back around $30 for a part that I paid $150 for. I told them to send it back to me. So now I am stuck with a part that I can't use. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
