MintBuilderReviews of mintbuilder.com

Very interesting company, low prices if you don't mind getting your product in thirty days. Also, they absolutely do not like credit card purchases. I found a flaw in their system, I pointed it out to them. They claimed they fixed it yet you still can't purchase with a credit card. Mostly lip service and a thirty day delivery date. Ordered Aug 28...received Sept 28 2026. So again, prices are decent, If you don't expect your product in a timely manner.

Very concerned, ordered 08/20/2026, the WIRE CLEARED my bank 08/21/2026. 1. Receipt states shipping 4-5 business days, 11 days NO PRODUCT, NO FOLLOW-UP 2. 09/01/26 CS returned my calls, emails, quoted will ship by end of next week 3. Today 22 DAYS and NO Product, emailed, no answer, called Este CS Rep said "if you do not get tracking this weekend call me on Monday" I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT.

Absolutely horrible company! Operates way out of the normal bullion fulfillment time frames that the rest of the companies in the industry operate by. In my opinion this company will at some point face wire fraud charges.BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered silver from Mint builder and money came out of my account within a couple days. For weeks I didn't get any update on my order and when i called customer service for answers they were hard to reach and always had excuses. I cancelled my order and requested a charge back from my bank after about 3 weeks because Mint builder wouldn't issue one. Looking into the company after the fact some of their history ties them to being a Multi Level Marketing Scheme, I should've done more homework before hand but wanted to take advantage of the market.
