They don’t even deserve a star, I tried to cancel my order in less than 12 hours, never got a reply. The Pokémon cards I received after 13 days are fraudulent. Copy right infringed product. Plus they will ask you resend the product to “China” (which will cost more than you bought them for). PayPal must take this seller off their marketing list immediately!!!

This site is a scam. Refunds aren't free either - you have to pay a 15% restocking fee + shipping to return the product. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and find a different store to shop at.

I tried multiple times within 24 hours of my purchase to get in contact and cancel my oder but they don’t want you to get a refund because MiniToyBox is a SCAM! I realized the Pokémon cards are fake after seeing it was spelt “Pokemones” instead of “Pokémon” and no longer wanted them. If you cancel it within 24 hours you get a full refund but they make sure you cannot get that. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!
