Extremely poor service and misleading communication. Do not trust them. I placed an order worth ₹13,000 on 12th October. On 19th October, I received a mass email from the founders making excuses about production delays but claiming the order was being packed. Whenever I interacted with customer care, they kept giving false timelines, promising it would dispatch in 2 days. When I checked the status again on 23rd October, their story completely changed. They admitted the product wasn't even ready because a part was missing during quality control. They repeatedly tried to stall and avoid issuing a refund for this large amount, only initiating it after constant pushback. They take more pre-orders than they can handle and constantly mislead customers about stock availability. I highly recommend avoiding Miniture. I also strongly doubt if their listed Google reviews is even genuine. Save your money and buy elsewhere

I have been a loyal customer of this company for years. I sent a note with my last order ( in the notes field) asking them to hold off delivery until 12/23 because I was out of town and didn’t want the item to sit outside and possibly get snowed and rained on. Nobody read the note and sent it anyway . No apology offered. Very disappointed in this company.

I ordered 2 sets of bistro tables and chairs, specifically in green. I was sent a green table and a black table. The company would replace the black table if I returned it - at my expense. No offer to send or print a mailing label for the return. Their error and I had to pay to return the item. I won’t be shopping here in the future. There are plenty of miniature sites with actual customer service. I would NOT recommend this company.
