I regret buying Minecraft. After purchasing the game, my account got hacked and I completely lost access. When I tried to recover it, I found out my email was changed and I couldn’t even find my account anymore. What’s worse is that Microsoft support has been extremely unhelpful. There’s no direct way to actually talk to someone, and the recovery system feels frustrating and ineffective. I’ve provided all the information I could, but still no solution. It’s really disappointing that a huge company like Microsoft can’t properly protect users or provide reliable support when something goes wrong. I paid for this game and now I can’t even use it. Honestly, it feels like they only care about making money and nothing else. There’s no real protection, and it seems like people can just steal accounts, cards, and personal information without any proper help from the company. I wouldn’t recommend buying this unless you’re ready to risk losing your account with little to no help. if you are right then send me email and explain how good you are.i think this money will be charity to you.

Der Support war eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte beim Support als Anliegen eine Kontowiederherstellung, welche der Support nur beantworten konnte das Microsoft dafür zuständig ist. Dann wurde ich 6 - 7 mal zwischen dem Microsoft / Xbox und Minecraft Support hin und her geschickt, weil die eine Partei gesagt hat mir kann nur die andere helfen und so ging das die ganze Zeit im Kreis. Die Antworten die ich immer bekommen habe war fast immer das gleiche und komplett nutzlos. Ich wünsche es jedem, dass er sich nie mit dem Support beschäftigen muss. Die negative Bewertung ist berechtigt!

Never had more of a frustrated and ass experiences trying to play with in real life friends on different devices. Tried everything just to get nothing and I am not doing the shitty age verification just because I live in the UK and some shitty act prevents me from playing with my friends which are the same age as me as well. I've been playing this game for 8 years and I've never had such a bad and frustrating experience to try and play with my in real life friends. Microsoft should have never bought this game and made it this bad even if something is "forcing" them to make it so annoying.

bro my dad payed 40 dollers on java and bedrock delux and first the app never showed on my libiary and 2 when i do get on somehow it says i cant connect to my own server and i cant join my friends so i think i got scammed can i pease get the game back

In 2016 de festive world aangeschaft. Toen nog van Mojang. Sinds Microsoft het overgenomen heeft, kan ik deze wereld en de Chinese mythologie wereld niet meer maken. Bestaat gewoon niet meer? De ontwikkelaar kan je niet bereiken , en Microsoft.. tja..tevreden mensen heeft Microsoft niet nodig. Dus mijn advies. Denk goed na voor je geld uitgeeft bij Minecraft, vandaag heb je een leuke wereld gekocht, na een tijdje heb je alleen nog “de content”. Minecraft, mijn advies..ga zo door.

Microsoft has managed to make the game virtually unplayable. The lag on private servers and realms has gotten so out of hand that entire sections of the game will instantly kill you before the frames even load. And no sign of improvement for MONTHS. I hope ever single programmer who worked on these last few updates is forced to walk on Lego’s with their bare feet.

My son had tried to login to a server supplied by this company after logging in within two minutes. I received a notification to saying all of our information has been deleted. I tried to login and all my details have changed. This company have allowed my son’s details and my Xbox details for over 20 years all be stolen including my credit card my debit card my name and my address I cannot contact Microsoft support because they say my account is invalid because the thieves have changed all the details tied to my account. Can somebody help me please?
