I bought a self-paced course with them for Power Automate. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, but I also couldn't follow along with the training because it required access to products that weren't provided with the training. I tried to request a refund the same day, and no one responded for three days. After finally talking to someone, they refused to refund me, stating since it was self-paced, I had full access to the course and couldn't refund. It was only when I said I was going to contact my bank and dispute the case they offered a refund. That was two weeks ago. As of today, they never refunded, and I am now contacting my bank to ensure they're informed of their fraudulent activities. SAVE YOUR MONEY and DON'T use MINDMAJIX!

I am not at all satisfied with the work culture working environment, work life balance, appraisal, and career growth. All the reasons I have put above. But on the other hand the process level Team Lead forces you to come to office with no reason, else they will put pressure on you that ends your career there.Work life balance doesn't exist. You are supposed to work on week offs and long hours post shift(more than 9 hours) just because planning and management force us to work. Manager and Team Lead always point to us until you end your career there. I have done work more than 23 days a month and worked more than 9 hours a day. Managements are strictly And after all these team leads talk to you in a very rude way. I worked there for more than 6 months they didn't even release my employer share(employee folder[epfo]) and there is no insurance policy no transportation for WFO. I request everyone to look into this before joining. Totally unprofessional

The trainers are poor. Wasted my time and money

If you want to start any online course through Mindmajix then please think or I would say don't even think of choosing them. My experience has been worse. I started online course and paid them the money after clearing all my doubts and their big promises of preparing me for interviews and trainer would guide me with resume preparation everything else as I was shifting to complete different domain after having 10 years of exp. After 20 days of the training Sirisha the only person who would coordinate with you through out at least it was in my case told me that the trainer is no more available and they do not have any back up trainer so they will have to stop the training. They jeopardized my whole training program by stopping it even before I could finish half of the training. No other online platform gives you çustomised training as per your requirement as I was about to finish one module of Fusion HCM. They wasted my two months as I had to start the training all over again. Also , after making the payment Sirish never used to respond, I had to literally remind them every day to upload the videos and not exaggerating it all. They are extremely unprofessional and I am not even a fresher did lot of brain storming before going through Mindmajix, point is if this can happen with someone who has exp then I feel it can happen with anyone. They are frauds and then they took 20 days to return my money after lot of follow, they dont even start the training without taking advance, not even demo sessions they provide at least it was not the case with me.. please be careful or else you will end up wasting time and money both. They charge more than other platforms for less modules which I got to know later when I started looking for other options.

Me and my friend had course on Selenium C# with a instructor called Sandeep. we were already working on it and I wanted advanced training for which the instructor did accepted. So he rushed the basics and wrapped up the course and we did not had any doubts because we were already dealing with it. Later after a week when I messaged him for doubts then all his dramas started. Never responds to the messages and never came for session on said time and finally got him to add a simple [Binding] on class file to sort an issue and that was my doubt session which he is proud of and kept screaming he had cleared all my doubts. 30K for hardly 9hrs class without any practice sessions, interview guidance, certification guidance and doubts. Do not expect anything from this instructor apart from the things that he mention on his ptt on top leave he mentions on top level and he covers on top level. SO when you ask for anything he can simply say its not thr on ppt I did not agreed. And the study material is Guru 99 :D. Trust me the whole sessions you will be taken to guru 99 with in which he hand picks the topics. Utter waste. Might be working for 0 knowledge on selenium students but not if you got even 10% knowledge as he wouldn't cover anything much. Ameerpet institutes are taking 3K for selenium with java and taking classes for 45 days with practice , mobile testing and api testing. I seriously do not recommend this instructor end up in bad terms.

It was very terrible experience with them. Trainer was very very bad his name is Lankesh . However, training team is very unprofessional. Information provided is highly unreliable .I was looking for QA Automation training and I was told that it would be a weekday 1 hour Monday to Friday morning course and there would also be session during weekend. They do not provided any proper details and follow up .Trainer didn't cover all topics..when i informed to mindmajix they didn't even care about that.I was Paid $330.it's not worth it .please don't take a QA Training with Mindmajix .

Cheats ! They are money minded. They got the money but didn’t cover the course and also didn’t send the course recordings. After they get the full payment, they won’t respond to anything. Total scam. I took their Sailpoint Course and they only did 16 hours, where they promised 30 hours of course. Mani was the guy from Mindmajix, after you send the full payment he will stop the course and not respond to anything.
