Licensing mixup quickly corrrected, THANK YOU!!

Firstly the company is exceptionally responsive to request for assistance and that dates right back to when I first used Visual Similarity Duplicate finder 2019 right through till now. The program works flawlessly and has over the years enabled me to manage my extensive photo image files. I wholeheartedly recommend them and their products!

TO:ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ ΓΑΒΑΛΑΣ I’ve had a completely different experience, and honestly, none of what you described matches reality. I’ve been using Audio Dedupe from MindGems for years, and their support has always been straightforward and professional. At no point have I ever been asked - or pressured - to share anything on social media in exchange for access, updates, or installers. When I needed an older version, support provided it without any games or conditions. Response times were reasonable, and communication was clear. This “extortion” claim doesn’t align with how they operate. It’s far more likely there was some misunderstanding or missing context in the communication. From my experience, the software is solid and the company behaves ethically. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using their products.

I had researched for about 2 weeks, trying to find a app that does what it claim to do, without a lot of complicated stuff. I finally settled on VSDuplicateImageFinder. It works just like it should. I can even click on a image and see the full image without me having to go to MyPhotos on my computer. But their Support Team is amazing. Lost my register code and was helped, no problem. The are the Best, and Fantastic app. The Fee is very reasonable. KUDOS!!

The product works as expected and, unlike its competitor, it’s very fast thanks to its caching system once the first scan is done. I also had an issue with the latest version of the software, but their support team quickly found the cause and fixed it. Great product and great support — highly recommended!

I've been using MindGems products for many years, particularly the photo and file duplicate finder applications. The products are of exceptionally high quality and the customer support is second to none. As the family archivist, my tasks are made easier because of them.

I’ve been using MindGems tools for a while and they work great. The duplicate finder and folder size apps save me a lot of time and keep my drives organized. The software is fast, simple to use, and gives accurate results – no random false matches like I had with other programs. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to clean up space and manage files better.

I’ve been using MindGems’ free Folder Size and Fast Duplicate File Finder tools, and they’ve been game-changers for managing my storage! Folder Size gives a clear, detailed view of how my disk space is being used, making it easy to spot large or unnecessary folders. Fast Duplicate File Finder is just as impressive—it quickly finds duplicates even when the file names are different, saving me so much space and time. Both tools are intuitive and reliable, making them a must-have for anyone looking to optimize their storage. Unlike other companies that force you to talk to AI bots you get high-quality technical support too. The free versions were fully sufficient for me, but I paid for the PRO as I am using these tools for years and I am very happy with them! Give them a try!
