I couldn't practice due to delay in sending course exercise files.

The experience was normal over all. The material could be explained and summarized better to attract attention. However, I cannot complain and would suggest the course to my friends.

Greetings, the course was of great importance, with regard to learning in data analysis, in particular I had many difficulties in subjects that were/are more connected to the financial area, an area that I understand little. I have to review these classes with additional effort. The objective of this course was to learn and do more analysis for what I work with, which are projects, with some finance base, but I didn't expect it to be so in-depth in this way. In the first classes I had access to and learned essential tools for use in my day-to-day work. Thank you

MindCypress provides and maintains a professional and convenient relationship for their clients. The course platform is good and is updated on regular basis. The course content could have been better covered by the instructor, and this needs to be improved.

I enjoyed the class as a whole but there seemed to be a disconnect as to what the VA does as a mission and how it relates to Lean Six Sigma. The class was full of interesting information but the organization and instruction had me lost and confused often. I felt like I needed slides to follow along but no slides were provided to follow in the course.

I would have loved to have a copy of a slide deck send out before training began, to follow along with during the course of the training. It would have also been helpful if the instructor followed a slide deck during the course of instruction.

You guys are doing great, and the instructor can't be more knowledgeable or helpful and supportive, however, I was facing a big time issue with the accent of the instructor and was feeling bad that I can't fully grasp all what she is saying as I can feel and see how important is what she is explaining and I feel that others who can go along better with her accent can benefit more than me. Other than this small accent issue, ALL Perfect.

I would have liked that we are shown how to build these models from scratch.
