A pure nightmare...quality is zero, service is zero...run away from this brand. We ordered a pad almost one month ago and we received the first one damaged..we ask for a replacement we have to wait two more weeks to receive on also completely damaged...they put it in such a small parcel, it arrives bent and as consequence damaged, so their greediness is literally destroying their merchandise...now i want a refund
