I ordered a jacket from this company with same-day shipping. The jacket didn't ship until 2 weeks later. During that time, I tried to get in contact with the company multiple times and never heard back. I emailed them 3 times and messaged them on facebook and instagram. I also called a handful of time and reached their voicemail every time which was full so you can't even leave a voicemail. Avoid this place at all costs. I just submitted a complaint to the BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card. Please find this company on Yelp and Google and leave your review there too so that the company will be held responsible.

scam ordered clothes for christmas today is dec 28th 12 days later,called all phone #s (1 has been disconnected ) the other is voice mail with no return calls.email is the same multiple emails with no responses. had to cancel credit card !!! checked BBB they have multiple complaints, stay away !!!!

I returned a product on 12/15/18, they signed for it and have not yet issued a refund. I've sent numerous emails and left voicemails, yet no one has contacted me. Such horrible customer service. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Very bad experience! Please keep your money safe! They promise 2-3 days deliver I placed my order on Dec19 and haven’t gotten anything yet. The company doesn’t answer the phone, emails, chats, etc. I need my money back! Stay away!

Horrible experience with return! NOBODY will respond except that they received my item back. Great. Now where’s my money? Mailboxes for customer service always full. REALLY?

ordered an item on 12/17for Christmas present. I believed the info that items would be shipped the next business day. Took my money asap, but no order and no response on the email I sent. I did receive an email saying some items were delayed due to California fires. Crazy that no other company I have ordered from has had this problem. Would like my product or money refunded ASAP!

I did consulting work for Military Hippie and was never paid. They signed a contract and agreed to the price but they just ignored the invoice and the many follow ups.

My wife ordered two sweaters from this company on Dec 9 that were shown to be in stock. These were to be Christmas gifts for our daughters and as of 9:50 PM on Christmas Eve they have not made it here yet. My wife called and emailed numerous times with no reponse. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from them again. Terrible service!!
