HORRIBLE customer service! Do not order from this company! I ordered the Paige Faux Fur jacket to wear on NYE and paid extra so that it would arrive on time. It's now January 13th and I'm just now receiving the item. I had called and emailed the company several times, asking them to refund my money, but they never responded. The jacket is AWFUL it's literally the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen in quality. They pride themselves on "satisfaction guaranteed" and "same day shipping" but that is the biggest JOKE! I hope this company goes under.

Sounds like a broken record, but Military Hippie is awful. You are taking your chance on the item you are buying and even a greater chance if you return it for an exchange or credit. I have called their customer service 8 times, left four messages, emailed them and created a ticket that was to be responded to in 24 hrs....all to no avail. I only wanted to simply exchange the item I bought and even paid $10 for shipping and I have a proof it was received by them. I'm calling my credit card to have the charges reversed and claim paid for merchandise not received as this affair has gone on for three weeks. Please do not order from them, there are more reliable and trustworthy vendors out there.

I have only complained to the BBB one other time in my life and that was over 10 years ago. Military Hippie either needs to scale up their resources or scale down their business. It's not a good practice to put "ships out the next day for order received after 2pm" and then I still don't see a tracking number five days later - this item was for my bridal shower this weekend! I've emailed them three times and received a ticket tracking number each time. I clicked on it and their tickets aren't even processing, though they say someone will personally get back to them in 24 hours. Instead, I get time-sensitive coupons to thank me for my troubles. I have yet to receive a response. I also tried to call them this morning and their voicemail is full. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I want a refund!

If there was a zero star that would be my review. Should have read all the reviews before ordering. I ordered a sweater and it came in about a week which I was pleased about. However, very poor quality. Faux fur around my neck looked like road kill plus didn't fit (I doubt an extra large would have. I'm 5'1" and 113 lbs) So.....I returned. I still have the invoice but alas no refund as of yet. Per all these reviews doesn't look like I will get one. It was from Oct. Maybe it's not too late to contact credit card.

Don't waste your time. Placed order: NO SHIP, NO TRACKING INFO, NO REPLY TO 11 EMAILS, VOICE MAILBOX IS ALWAYS FULL. Stopped payment on credit card. BBB Rated F. 127 complaints as of today. This site does not allow links. Go to bbb.org and type in Military Hippie

I ordered 2 items for Christmas presents on December 19th, with a promised 3-5 day delivery. It is now January 2nd, and I still do not have the items! I have emailed them multiple times, and left several messages with no response. Now, when I call, it says their voicemail is full and I cannot leave a message. I will have to go through the hassle now of calling my bank to dispute the charge. I will also make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT do business with this company!

HORRIBLE company!!! I’ve never seen such a lack of customer service in any company in my life! Paid extra $ for “priority” shipping on Dec 18th. Item didn’t arrive until Dec 29th. They sent a lying email stating that because of the fires in California, shipping was delayed. It was shipping from FL to MA - what on earth did the fires out west have to do with it?? That just disgusts me that they used that tragedy to escape from their own lies. The item I purchased was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, so now I don’t want it anymore. NO ONE will get back to my 6 emails left since Dec 20th! Tried calling the ONE Ph# on their site and mailbox is always full, so you cannot leave a message. This company just takes your $ and runs with it. DO NOT support them at any cost. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Federal Trade Commissin as soon as they re-open.

Terrible customer service, will not return calls, cannot return because there’s no return slip and many reviews stating they never get their refunds, clothes are thin and cheap quality, oversized , and I highly recommend avoiding this company.
