We like the contents of this book and we are sure we will find it very helpful as we enter our twilight years. I think the only negative would be the book is so small to what was advertised, but in saying that, it will be worth our while. The tracking of the parcel was great and we were kept up to date on the delivery date. Cheers.

Delivered faster than expected. Haven’t tried products yet but look as described. Thank you for good honest service.

Tracking updates came often, only problem is needle threader doesn't work with the needles
