Report to the FTC immediately! Scam company, no return possible and product is dollar store at best with missing tags. Notice the wave of FAKE raving reviews shortly after someone who’s been scammed warms others. Don’t believe it? Click through other reviews from the reviewers to verify. I have received 0 communication from this “business” for a refund. I doubt I’ll ever see my money and I hope my warning can help others not be defrauded. Please report this “company” to at least ban their operations in the US, at best catch the perpetrators.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! The items they sent were not even close to what I ordered. I ordered two men’s jackets, but was sent a men and women’s. The quality was complete garbage and they are refusing to issue me a return! They will not even communicate with me. Absolutely absurd!!!

Update as of Feb. 28th, 2023. COmmunicated with company via email. Just as others have mentioned, they give the excuse that the best they can do is 50% refund. We said yes..... they went completely silent afterwards. We did not receive any refund and are left with clothes that are bound for a homeless shelter. Complete sham of a company. Buyer be ware!!! I didnt do my homework and it bit me. Another chinese bull**** company posting on Instagram, Facebook, etc... and when you receive the purchase, it's small, cheap, and returns are a disaster. Shame on me for getting bit a second time (Noracora was the first). Do your homework first, and don't buy any clickbait off Instagram. Just not worth it.

Very poor customer service. Received my jacket but needed to exchange the size. I have sent multiple request to their customer support team to exchange the size but have received no response. There is no phone number or any other way to contact them. Do not do business with this company. The Chief Customer Officer, Luke is not responding to repeated requests

A huge number of 5 star reviews, all from people who have only ever provided a single review (just for this site), all on the same day, and many with the same wording. Doesn't take a genius to realize this is all fake. Update: Milanoutwear flagged my review as malicious and harmful. But since that wasn't true, TrustPilot cleared the review so now instead they are adding more fake reviews so that they are no longer all on the same day!

Product doesn't match the description and they don't accept returns. I purchased a jacket from Milanoutwear. When it arrived, I noticed it looks very different that in the pictures on the website. The colors are siginificantly different, the quality is poor and there's even a small stain on the jacket. I decided to return it but unfortunately the customer service told me that they don't accept returns and the best they can do is 50% refund. What a waste of money.
