I ordered a jacket and it didn't fit at all and felt incredibly cheap. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't process a return. Then they went radio silent weeks ago and I've sent countless follow-ups via email. Everything about it seems like a big scam. Don't buy here.

Ordered a jacket and shirt and the sizes were no where near as described which was Medium. They refused to accept a return of the items even though their website states you can return within 14 days and I even offered to pay the shipping. They then offered a 50% refund which I tried to reluctantly accept and they went radio silent and have not responded for weeks now. I won't be ordering from them ever again and suggest caution to anyone who does.

100% scam company. Garbage clothing with no customer service support.

Went to their website interested in the Milan Charter Jacket, but saw the "Armour Hoodie" while there (which I previously looked into and found was an AliExpress re-sell). So I reverse google searched the Charter Jacket and there it was on AliEpress for less than half the price from the original manufacturer (exactly the same). Save your money, its another BS reseller.

DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! SCAMMERS!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied. The say "will do our best to get back to you" if there's anything wrong with the order. Size charts are way off. They don't get back to you at all. I tried emailing them several times for an exchange immediately and then over the next 2 weeks after my item arrived but never heard from them. My friend then emailed them to see if they respond to a seemingly new buyer and they emailed right back within 3 hrs. Waste of my money, quality is extremely low, order was very late, no phone number to call, only email and now i see all the terrible reviews where they don't respond to returns or exchanges and they ghost ppl. Its a scam!! Report them! as i am doing. I've also noticed the pattern where they place more fake positive reviews to cover up bad reviews DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I purchased an item of clothing as per their size guide chart and upon receiving the item, it’s too large. Their website states 24 hrs turnaround support. I have tried contacting Milanoutwear 3 times over the last 10 days and still no reply or support on how to exchange for a smaller size

They do not reply to customer service emails. They also just onsell cheap products, so if you look around with reverse image search, you'll find the source that it would come from. Personally, I found what I was looking at on Shein for 1/3rd of the price! So check there.

I'd rate 0/5 if I could. The jacket I bought was undersized (despite using their website measurements), delivered late, and of inferior quality to the picture on the website. I emailed asking to return it and get a size up/just give it back period, and received a reply that they can only offer me 50% of my original payment back. Just as well as they proceeded to ghost all further replies from me. Although not before asking me to send pics of the garbage material with measurements to show it was undersized--actively wasting my limited free time. So, poor quality, misleading images, and whatever is the opposite of customer service. First and last time I buy something off IG. A $60 lesson. Spend it in health, milanoutwear. Edit: Now seeing these glowing reviews below that make no attempt to seem genuine and even include information on CURRENT SALES. Congratulations to all involved. Ruin will soon find you.
