This older white gentleman was driving a micro transition. He kept lying about his location. Because of all the construction nobody was standing directly in front of AMC and all the transits were picking them up where I was standing. He just kept looking at me passing by me. I stopped him and asked him was he to pick up me and gave him my name. He told me no. Only to show up 40 minutes later. The same man that's been telling Metro Transit. He was 2 minutes away 3 minutes away 4 minutes away. The whole time he was lying. Then he blamed all the buses for picking up people in the wrong location but yet he was at that location and passed by me multiple times. And when I asked him was he the one supposed to be picking me up? He told me no. And if I was in the wrong place he had then to tell me I was. Only to show up again 40 minutes later and it was him that was supposed to be picking me up all along. He gave me this BS story about windshields stupid conversation. I let him know where he did to me. Was unacceptable because he took the white man first. Let's be clear before he even care who I was and where he's supposed to be dropping me off. I can guarantee you he won't be there alone cuz what he did was racist and he lied about it then won't have blame me for being in the wrong spot. But yeah all the Metro Transit buses came to that exact spot at least 15

Waited 50 minuets and nothing showed up. Has happened multiple times, 20-30% of the time it’s very late, sometimes it doesn’t show.

For one dollar it’s kind of okay, I’ve read other peoples reviews and they are valid. Why? One, metro sucks sometimes when it comes to booking rides, sometimes it’s unpredictable. I was at JPL waiting an hour and a half to go to McDonalds on Lincoln. They never assigned me one, and it would just say coming soon. I cancelled and was going to walk to Lincoln which would have been 30-40 minutes and there’s no bus that takes you to JPL enroute since they cut back bus routes. Now I did cancel but was never punished, another thing I want to mention for myself is that the seatings are too small. I’m 300 lbs and I can not fit in a vehicle that has small seatbelts and seatings, they really need to fix this or they won’t get passengers. Some people have no choice but to take Micro, and I think they should reimplement or restore some of the bus lines.
