Beautiful candlesticks, but the plating began to spontaneously flake off after 9 months of very light, careful use -- not even any cleaning! They told me that, because we bought from Macy's rather than directly from the company, they would provide no assistance. So they don't really stand behind their products. Just because they're expensive doesn't mean they'll last a lifetime. It was very satisfying to tell Macy's they shouldn't carry products from companies that don't warranty their merchandise.

I ordered a 3 piece order ($1000) plus $187 duty and the Oder was shipped via UPS. I paid for a change of delivery and UPS delivered it in the same day anyway / the package was ultimately stolen because I was not at home. I reached out to Michael Aram and they told me there is nothing they could do so I should file a police report. Buyer Beware - they may stand behind their product but take no responsibility or ownership on the delivery of those items.
