the service was so nice and fast. Got what I needed

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Absolutely Fantastic Service! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Miami Airport Car Service! They were 100% on time. Actually, my wife and I ended up getting to our pickup location a little earlier than expected, and they went out of their way to get there even sooner than originally scheduled! Our driver, Lenny, was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, professional, and great to talk to. We had some really good conversations, and he made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Honestly, 10 out of 10 all the way around! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing transportation in Miami. And if you get Lenny as your driver, you're in great hands! We will definitely be using them again!

Sam did a wonderful job. He was prompt, very helpful and courteous. Would love to drive with him in the future.

My driver had to drive 45 minutes and pick me up at 5:30 a.m. and was even early and helped me with my abundance of heavy luggage and once we reached the airport he went inside to find the airline representative to help with my wheelchair. He made the experience very smooth. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience. I specifically called ahead and requested a 3-row SUV with captain seats for airport transportation, and what showed up was the complete opposite — an old, worn-out SUV with no captain seats at all. When I called the same person I spoke with the day before to address the issue, instead of trying to help, he started yelling at me and literally said, “What’s the difference?” That level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, especially for a service that’s supposed to be reliable and customer-focused. Completely misleading service, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone looking for professional transportation.

The trip to the Miami Cruise Port was perfect. Leo arrived on time and assisted with luggage. Ride to MSC terminal very comfortable, SUV was clean and included bottled water and a iphone charging cable. Nice conversation, sooth cool Jazz background music. Upon arrival Leo inquired where we should be dropped off, again assisted with luggage. He is a 5 STAR employee!

We have used Miami Unique Limosine for over six years for travel from Fort Lauderdale to FLL or Brightline and found them to be dependable, prompt, and courteous. I would recommend them highly.

Had never used this service before and I was thoroughly impressed. Met us at baggage claim with name visible. Grab our bags and got to our destination without any issue. Clean car, professional driver and great service!
