Great experience all around! I mainly use the website app to trade. It’s highly intuitive, has all of the indicators I use, and provides drag and drop functionality for stop loss and limits. I used to trade on TradingView and found the experience similar. Funding and withdrawal are simple and usually approved same day. No issues. Support is quick to respond as well via email. I don’t use the mobile app but I think this could be improved in terms of the charting. I’ve recommended my friend switch to metrotrade and highly suggest folks give it a try. They have a demo account to test it out.

I’ve been a trader since 1985. My father uncle and brother all were traders as well. Metro trade is a great seamless experience, the customer service is great, and the platform is perfect for me. The all inclusive fee structure as well as everything else with MetroTrade makes my experience perfect. Thank you MetroTrade.

MetroTrade is a great firm and helps keep your costs down which is important if you are starting with a small futures account and trying to ramp up. I have previously traded at Plus500 Futures, thus my review will be put in that context. Account Opening: Very fast and smooth. Account Funding and Withdrawal: Option to fund and withdrawal for free via ACH transfers keeps costs down. Don't take this for granted, Plus500 charges 1.75% (capped up at $150) for withdrawals. Commissions: Minis are slightly more expensive than at Plus500. All-in round-trip fees on ES/NQ are $4.98 compared to $4.56 at Plus500. But where MetroTrade really shines is micros. All-in round-trip fees on MES/MNQ are $1.32 compared to $1.70 at Plus500. Commissions don't matter on minis since a one tick move will more than cover your commissions. But if you are trying to grow your small account, you should be focused on trading micros and you will greatly appreciate MetroTrade's lower commissions. Platform/Market Data: You have the option to trade on TradingView if you pay additional fees for the platform and market data, but you can just trade on MetroTrade's own platform with market data for free, which again helps keep your costs down. MetroTrade's web platform is very intuitive where you can point to the chart and add a limit or stop loss order. And you can then drag the order to whatever price you want. They will also be adding more features. MetroTrade's free web platform is much better Plus500's. MetroTrade also provides a mobile app to trade from, but I do not trade from my phone, so can't speak to that. Customer Service: Very responsive. Only available during market hours, but I am sure they will expand to 24-hour customer service as they continue to grow.

I have had great response to my questions, customer service is great. They have an excellent platform and they were very helpful to assist with my ACH transfer which the funds were available very quickly so I was able to start trading within a couple of days after initiating the transfer. Over all, very very happy.
