Metro Pins, LLCReviews of metropins.com

We recently ordered custom lapel pins for our veteran employees. Tiffany, went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly. She was responsive, intentional, and thoughtful from start to finish. She took the time to answer my many questions, asked her own to make sure she understood exactly what we were looking for, and offered valuable guidance to ensure our needs were met. She even checked in after we received the items to confirm we were happy with the product. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made a world of a difference! We received the product sooner than anticipated which was a very pleasant surprise! Thank you for helping us honor our team in such a meaningful way.

I was impressed by the pins made by Metro Pins for the school district I work for, so I asked them to create a set of pins for a club I belong to that is celebrating its 130th anniversary. I was impressed by their responsiveness, care, quality, and price for what turned out to be a very special pin that our members cherish greatly.

Great quality pins and Tiffany was great to work with!

I was concerned that the pins could be designed and delivered by our deadline Not only were the pins delivered two weeks ahead of time they look awesome Awesome company and great customer service.

MetroPins was fantastic to work with. I needed an order with very little notice and not only did they make it happen but they delivered a few days early! They'll have my business again in the future!

Great costumer service and quick turn around both times I have ordered from them. And the pins look great.

We had a terrific experience with Metro Pins. Chelsea was our representative. They took our logo and made an initial design, then were patient doing a few iterations to finetune it. We wound up with a fantastic pin that stayed within our budget. The design really stood out. My husband was wearing his team shirt at Dreams Park and had people (adults and kids) stopping him seeking our pin. The whole team was happy. We had a great experience at Cooperstown Dreams and our pins were part of that great experience. Highly recommend Metro Pins.

Our company has been using these folks for ages and they do a GREAT job. Tiffany is our go to representative and has always done a fantastic job coordinating our orders,
