MetroliveryReviews of metrolivery.com

Great Professional Experience I had a great experience working with Metro Livery. It was one of the most valuable professional experiences I’ve had in the transportation industry. I had the opportunity to learn about transportation operations, safety and compliance, reservations, and customer service while working with a professional team. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity and everything I learned during my time with Metro Livery. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to build experience in the transportation industry. (Anmol C.)

I reserved a Kentucky Derby bus back in December, only to have it canceled with just 3 days’ notice due to a “mechanical issue.” What’s especially frustrating is that I had called the day before to confirm everything and wasn’t told there were any problems. When they finally canceled, there were no replacement buses offered, no help with rebooking, and no referrals to other companies—just a cancellation and no support. With an event like the Derby, where plans book up months in advance, this left me completely stranded. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not rely on this company for time-sensitive events.

The ride was on time, the car was spotless, and the driver was professional but friendly. Everything felt easy and stress-free — I’d definitely use them again.

Used Metrolivery for a large convention, and they did an excellent job. Drivers were on time, vehicles were clean, and communication was spot on. Made transportation so much easier for our attendees. Highly recommend for any big event!

We chartered a bus for a small work group. The driver was on time and friendly, and the bus was clean and comfortable. We made a quick stop along the way without any issues. Everything went smoothly, no complaints.

We used this service while visiting Nashville and couldn’t be happier. The driver showed up right on time, the vehicle was super clean and comfortable, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. It really took the stress out of getting around the city. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable transportation in Nashville.

Metrolivery Campus Shuttles are a convenient way to get around campus. The routes cover key areas, and the buses are usually punctual. It's a reliable option for students looking to move around quickly.
