I was informed my goods had been delivered, when I came home no goods so contacted supplier. They tracked the parcel down to royal mail who failed to leave card. Customer service agent got me the address and tracking number quickly. I went and collected 2 days later when I had time. I appreciated the response of the service supplier and speed of response. Will use company again.

I had great pleasure with your Customer Service team especially Maryanne. When she learned that I had to return the products because of unexpected manifestation of bad health condition that I had experienced before opening the package and before consuming the products, she took that extra mile and went up and beyond her call of duty and processed my refund expeditiously. She is naturally kind hearted and compassionate and by being herself, she has taken customer care to the optimum level.

A bit about me : had coronavirus end of last year and I was so worried that I would die. I was lucky it wasn’t too terrible because I am categorized as obese i thought my days on this planet were numbered. I made a promise to god if I made it through I would sort out my life and lose weight and this is my year to do it. It was like god heard me and fixed me and now I am saved from the terrible virus I have to stick to my promise. Meticore : saw this presentation on Meticore and I thought it must be a sign and I got myself 6 bottles so that I could do it properly and get rid of all the fat I needed to survive. I placed my order for a 6-month supply. Shipping was supposed to be 5 to 7 days. We had problems with the tracking and the shipment and it came very late I was very aggravated so I canceled the order on after a month of not knowing where it was and then it arrived. I figured once it arrived I would take it and I offered to redo my payment. Much to my surprise they told me to keep my order at no charge. I was completely blown away because I was willing to pay I guess that they were trying to make up for all of the inconvenience. I'm now using the product I'm not certain how it works yet but the integrity of this company and the way they handled me the whole way along shows me that it has great integrity. I am a personal trainer and I work with many people and I have a very big following on Instagram and I will update in a month, but I am confident the product will work, if the company has the heart and integrity that I believe it does. Love this product!! I find myself thirsty for water, drinking lots more than I ever did before. My hunger has been curbed as have my cravings. I'm down 4 sizes in just 2.5 months with 50# weight loss. I have lots more energy, nut not hyper and gratefully with this product I a not suffering from the typical "gastric Dumping" syndrome issues like most weight loss products...I would highly recommend trying Meticore!!

Meticore is so AMAZING! For literally years I spent trying to accept me as I was, chubby. I bought into the big fat acceptance crowd. To love me for me and who I am and not care what others think.
