I purchased 3 months supply as I was impressed by the adverts BUT after 45 days I contacted the company asking When I could expect some weight loss ?? They stated it could be up to 90( 3months) before I could expect results. At no time did the staff member state I could have a refund if I was not satisfied. I was gullible and believed him so exceeded the 60 week promise of a refund. The claims made for this product are not to be believed

I ordered ONE bottle, totalling 72.05 They in turn charged my credit card THREE times, then had the nerve to say, "Call your credit card company and have the charges reversed", yelling it at me!! Huh? Why do I have to do that???? SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!!!!!! Now, I owe 216.00 to my credit card company for ONE Bottle!!

I purchased a three month supply of this on 21 December 2020 and it did not arrive for quite some time because of Christmas. I am afraid to say that, in my opinion, it is complete, expensive rubbish. It did not work for me at all. I am diabetic, eat low carb and fairly active but this product does not deliver on the claims. I contacted the company about a refund and they said because it has gone past the 60 days, I am not entitiled to one and you also have to send back the empty bottles. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT IS JUST ANOTHER CON. I am very sorry that I did.

I bought 90 days of the product in good faith after a very persuasive video and am so disappointed both that it hasn't worked at all and also the so called 60 day refund guarantee as today I find out I have to return the bottles, even the empty ones, by tomorrow to USA - completely impossible. I’ve used 45 of the pills to no avail and all they are offering me a 25% refund which is unfair. I am very surprised by the service received from this company especially as America is always saying they are top in the world at service. This experience certainly doesn't demonstrate this.

The company is not of good will. The claim that the polls help to lose weight is false. I did ask how long it would take to get results. The reply was 90 days or 180... that is just a way to prevent that people ask a refund in less then 60 days. They should not advertise with that because it is a scam. Please do not buy from Meticore because you will be dissapointed.. and angry. It is a shame that they can get away with it. It is a full deception.

I ordered pills to lose weight with a 60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked! I requested a refund via email after 29 days of taking the pills that did not work. Your Company only gave me two days to return the item for full credit I’m in Canada and to get it to Illinois in two days is impossible. I requested a refund on April 1 which is a holiday here in Canada good Friday and Easter Monday nothing was open until Tuesday April 6 and the return had to be delivered in Illinois April 7 for a full refund very disappointed in this company and I will also be posting on Facebook Not to order this item it’s all a scam. I must say though your customer service was help it’s just your policy is really bad and is a hoax for 60 days and I only took it for 30 and still couldn’t return it for full refund not very happy
