Ordered a large sign for wedding but didn't realise it was a duplicate because somebody else had done the same thing. I tried to cancel within 2 hours and no answer by phone and I sent 4 emails and no response. they refused to cancel the order even before they started making it! Extremely bad customer service. Never will do business again with this company. If u make a mistake at all with metal unlimited, you are screwed.

November 10th I made three orders for the individual Christmas ornament. The ad says delivery will take two to four weeks. Intended as Christmas gifts, the time should have been adequate to deliver for gifting. The items arrived in my mailbox on January 23rd and received by me on January 24th. Seven weeks after ordering and two weeks after a phone call to the company asking "where is the order " and getting a non-committal response, with no interest and complete disdain in the voice saying, "I will tell woodwork". Seemed strange to me. Never in the purchase agreement was "woodwork" mentioned. I expected a metal product from a company named "Metalworks" and while pleasant enough looking, the product falls far short of my expectation directed by their marketing. I truly believe this was intentionally deceptive marketing. Why would anyone be so hungry as to cheat a customer for $13 an item? I would have been worth much more in the repeated ordering of my "sample" product.

Ordered sign the 23rd of November it's now the 11th of January no sign. I emailed no response called about 4 times finally got someone on the phone and the same thing was told to me as some of the other reviews. It had "imperfections" and had to be redone. I would not recommend but if you do decide to chance I'd have my Christmas 2021 orders in by the 4th of July.

I purchased a Christmas gift on November 16th. On December 20th I emailed asking where the gift is multiple times with no response. Finally my wife spoke to the RUDEST gal who was short, snippy and should NEVER talk to customers. We ended up with a refund, 7 weeks later and missed giving our loved one a special gift that we ordered 6 weeks in advance!!!

I ordered on Nov 25, 2020. Website had a pop of staying orders made before Nov 28 will arrive before Christmas. Today is Jan 4. 2021 and still no signs or showing any shipment. I emailed on Dec 20. 2020 and response said their items are shipped 2-4 weeks from order date. No items purchased and out my money that will need to be dealt with by my bank. Their Better Business Bureau score is an “F”. Order from one of the other steel companies like Veteran owned “Redsteel”. My friends love them. Lesson learned.
