Even though the order was in, I sent an immediate email and quickly received a response. The customer service team resolved the error, put in the new order and adjusted the charges. I expected a lengthy wait after all the hassle I caused, but my order arrived in just a few days! The products are beautifully crafted and of high quality. First time customer. After reading all these reviews I was hesitant on ordering, But Im glad I did! I ordered my sign 2 weeks ago hoping to get it by my Anniversary on Oct. 16th. It said to expect 4-6 weeks for shipping. Well 2 weeks later I have it! I won't be late with my gift to my wife. It is Beautiful and looks exactly like I pictured. Thank you, I will be buying more in the future.
