Avoid Ordered a palm puff hoodie and payed £45. Item arrived and it's a very poor copy. Awaiting a response from an email but looks like I'm going to get the reply that I need to post to china. I'm fuming with myself because I'm normally switched on to scam sites

Cheap Chinese Product! This company is awful! Items shipped from China with no tracking info. They are made of cheap scratch fabric with no stretch or give and run extremely small. When you ask the company to return them they tell you to mail them back to a China wearhouse that will cost you $75 to return. This should be noted on their website. I would have never ordered from them! Very deceptive company with awful products!

They canceled my order claiming I live in the Amazon. I live in Idaho, and my street name is Amazon Drive. They did nothing at all to help fix the situation and told me I could change my address if I wanted to reorder. SO unprofessional and ludicrous.

The Merryreindeer service department sucks! Their sizing is totally off and they would not take my return unless I paid shipping to China! This company is terrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM MERRYREINDEERS!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Bought family pjs. Kids arrived in the wrong size. Adults were poor quality with strings coming off the seams. Asked for a refund and told I would have to pay the return shipping to china. Ridiculous. Highlyyyy recommend not ordering from this company. Their customer service is so bad. Takes 5+ days to hear back with each interaction with no solution provided- they always just repeat the same thing. Awful company

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO TARGET OR SHOP ON AMAZON!!!! I am so grateful that I didn’t spend as much as the person who spent $450. I spent a total of $64 on 3 PJs. One for a baby and 2 for adults. Issue 1: the package tracking website looks illegitimate, but that could be because I’m used to shipping being through Fed Ex, USPS or UPS. Either way, it looked wrong from the minute I saw it. Issue 2: my package has been out for delivery for days. Issue 3: when I contacted them inquiring about the whereabouts of my package, they responded and said they’d look into it. Then they sent another message from the supposed parcel people and said that I would have to call them to “try to pick up” Absolutely not! I am not going out of my way to pick up something that should’ve been delivered. I double checked the address and it was input correctly so there should be no issue delivering. When I responded again letting them know I would not be doing that, I’d be fine if the items are returned back (they said to try to pick up to avoid the items being returned) and I would like to know when I would get a refund, they all of a sudden went ghost and I got no response. Now I have to take this up with my cc company because this is a SCAMMER COMPANY. If you want to purchase cute matching PJs for your family, go where you know you won’t be scammed. Off to Target I go!

I purchased and received a set of family pajamas without issue and read the return policy before ordering. But when I had to return them I found I had to ship them to China, even though they were shipped to me from CA, The shipping cost was more than the purchase price. No where on their website does it state you had to ship to China. Horrible and unacceptable policy!

SPENT $450 on pajamas and only received 6 out of 16 sets ordered. Cannot get anyone to respond to me.
