They don’t deliver what is promised and constantly try to get more money from authors. They altered my original artwork without permission or a reason. They forgot to put the book title on the book cover or spine! They didn’t even add their publish company name on the title page. No help with anything. They said they fired the guy I was working with and never got back in touch. I’m already a published author but was trying to put out a different type of book.

Ethan tried to be helpful and at first I was hopeful it could work, but after a chunk of my prologue was deleted, I asked them to restore it word for word, and just edit mistakes. Unfortunately, the editing was terrible. I had to correct their errors. Finally, I requested a refund of around $3000. Mark, the manager, was supposed to call and discuss my refund but never did. I have not seen a penny returned.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!! THEY STOLE 4,300 FROM ME AND OTHERS. WHEN I CHECKED THE GOOGLE STREET VIEW, THERE'S NO BUSINESS LOCATED. THEY HAVEN'T ANSWERED MY CALLS AND WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING ACTION AGAINST THEM.
