Wasted hours installing and setting up MergeMail to discover that this app will not send multiple different emails to the same email address. In my case I wanted to be able to send different billing merged emails to the same email address. It will only send to the first and skips the rest without any warning. And there's no customer support available.

Not great - zero access to customer service.

Hi, apologies for the poor experience! We follow up with all customer support requests (e.g., via our support email, our help chat, etc), so it's possible that you didn't receive our reply somehow. Please feel free to email us at [email protected], and we'd be happy to help you.

I mistakenly signed up for the pro plan but after reaching out to the support team, they sent me a full refund for my payment without a fuss. I really appreciate their patience and understanding on this. Thank you MergeMail.

It lets you do a mail merge within Gmail using a Google Sheet very easily and quickly. I like the templates, email scheduling, and in-depth reports on my email activity.

MergeMail was easy to set up and start using quickly. It's more intuitive than many of the other Gmail mail merge addons, and it has more useful features on its website, like the campaign reports and template editor.
