Holy moly, this is the worst credit card company I've ever encountered. Hidden fees, terrible customer service, and will hang you out to dry if you ever need to dispute a charge. Avoid at all cost.

I got this card a year ago. My account got hacked and I ended up owing 4,000$. I have been paying faithfully for a year two payments a month. My balance has hardly changed because they keep attaching more and more fines for payments. They make their own due date and charge a hefty fee when uou don’t know when they change it at will ! I don’t recommend this company !

Terrible. Stay away.

I closed the account,I left 0 balance, and they charge me 1$ interest,,I dint know that,, no emails to remind me,, the report to Credit bureau.🤣🤣 croooookss

I wish there could be zero stars. AVOID THIS CARD AT ALL COSTS. They will change your account without notifying you and charge a yearly fee out of nowhere if you pay it off. They are very sneaky beware . Also I have never had more fraud on a card in my life. Please save yourself a lot of stress as there a much better cards out there to rebuild credit.

I have had a card with Mercury Card for over 10 years. I have never disputed a charge until now. There was an online company that charged me $399.00. Mercury card did do an investigation and stated no billing error occurred. I will be closing my account with them as soon as the balanced is paid. They have overcharged me interest for years. Hope the incorrect decision was worth losing me as a client.

The worst customer service ever. I made a $4000 payment went on vacation and ended up in the ER. Had to book extra hotel rooms, and new plane tickets, and wasn't able to do the full $4,000. I'll I asked is that they stop re submitting the $4,000 payment and I would make one right now for $3,000. Was told no. Flat out, no help, nothing.

I had to have emergency surgery. I ask if they could temporarily reduce the interest rate as my emergency bill was 10k. I have been doing with out some medications because they said NO. There was no effort from them. I will get back on my feet eventually. I will cancel the card. Don't do business with them. There are other better cards out there.
