I'd like to give 5 stars because I think the negative reviews are a bit unfair, but I admit sometimes the orders are slow. Mercola himself has changed significantly, firing friends and family members, so maybe the company is in trouble. Very strange. Have ordered from him for at least 20 years.

I placed a sizable order for $146 one week ago and still have not received the order. Customer Service informed me it was being shipped out of their Nevada warehouse which was closed for inventory. Two months ago on a previously delayed order, they said a warehouse in Aurora Il was shut down causing delays. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is very concerning to me. Today they couldn't give me an ETA on my order nor would they cancel the order. I don't know what's going on with the operation but I will be seeking a different source for my supplements.

Their SITO organic cotton towels are the worst towels I've ever had. I've never had any other towel have so many pulled out threads and loops no matter how old they were. They did not want to give any refund or replacement past 90 days. I'm thankful for the health knowledge that Dr. Mercola has given me, but this makes me question the quality of their other products. I also bought the organic cotton womens underwear which were very thin & didn't last long either, easily getting holes along the seams. Interesting how their website no longer allows product reviews like it used to. Buyer beware.

Good experience, excellent products.

Not perfect, but they compensate when they have erred. Their merch is generally considered to be excellent
