I also ordered a sweater in size M and it arrived in size L (according to the label) but was more of a XS. Way too small. Also made out of very thin and cheap feeling fabric. Definitely not worth its already discounted price. Judging by the other reviews here I won't bother to get a refund. Lesson learned.

Avoid this company. I ordered a medium sweatshirt, arrived in good time but it was way way too small (definetely not a medium) and the label said large? I believe they get the products shipped to you straight from China so must've been a mess up on their end. Trying to contact them for weeks now they keep asking me to send it back to Texas! I'm not spending my money to do that. Customer service is terrible. I've had to explain to them many times what's wrong. The long, tedious exchange of emails has gone far enough and now it's time to escalate my action. This means war. P.S I agree with one of the other reviews. The company seems fake.

ordered an xmas present for my wife on 7th December - but by xmas eve it still hadn't even dispatched :-( when I contacted them to ask when it would actually be sent they replied saying they had already refunded me (I hadn't actually asked for a refund?!) however a week later and I still haven't received any refund. terrible customer service! EDIT: eventually received product over a month and a half after having ordered (and paid!) for it and then only after much chasing and complaining.
