Horrible customer service. No 800 no. Only email and AI. Would not refund my money on items I purchased in November 2025 and that were not delivered. I only received a partial order. I had to beg for my money. After about 20 email exchanges over a couple of months I only received a partial refund. They kept my money. I will never use this company again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not worth the aggravation. Stay away.

This company is running a 60-day money back guarantee scam. At the time of my purchase, the website said there was a 60-day money back guarantee. When I told them that their product did not work for me and asked for my money back, they asked me to return the product to get a refund. This is not money back guarantee at all. It's simply return and refund. They also asked you to pay for shipping. They refused to return my money because I had already finished the product. In addition, the website says no questions asked. They asked me why I was returning the product. In short, there is no money back guarantee at all.

Tried chat kept giving same response as if not understanding my messages, googled phone number and mailbox was full. Wanted to order and correct information about a lost debit card for payment, Finally just gave up. Too bad product is good.

Last night this company sent me something I didn’t order (for the 2nd time ) at 3am ..I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC .They charged me 83$….They sent me something I never heard of and I was forced to pay $25 to return it .I was forced to cancel the credit card …..They have no headquarters …just a p o box .None of their supplements are inspected

This company is a scam. Ordered a 3 month supply of a supplement. They charged me and sent me a tracking number. The next day, they cancelled the shipping label. Reached out to customer service who said they’d handle it. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to recreate the shipment, but it’s been ignored. Customer service is unreachable for refund now.

This company has terrible customer service. They sent my product to the wrong address. They said they corrected it but did not. You can't talk to them on the phone.
