I have been working with Amber for the past 1.5 years through telehealth, and she has been an amazing psychiatrist and therapist. From the very beginning, her approach to care has been both professional and deeply personalized. One thing I appreciated early on was her online booking system. You can just go to her website and pick an open time slot instead of having to call or email back and forth. When you're already struggling with mental health stuff, even that can feel overwhelming, so this was really helpful for me. What really makes Amber stand out is how culturally aware and flexible she is. Even though we come from different cultural backgrounds, she made the effort to understand my specific situation and challenges. She's created this space where I genuinely feel safe and heard, without any judgment. Her approach feels modern and tailored to each person. She's good with technology and will suggest useful mental health apps when they make sense. When I mentioned being interested in tarot cards, she found a way to work that into our sessions that actually helped. She's incredibly intelligent in her practice, knows exactly where to guide you, and adapts her methods to what works best for each person rather than using one approach. So far, she has provided me with invaluable support through major life transitions and helped me navigate new discoveries about my mental health. Her combination of clinical expertise and genuine care has made a profound impact on my wellbeing. I feel fortunate to have found a skilled and compassionate mental health professional like her! I would highly recommend Amber to anyone seeking psychiatric care or therapy :)

I've been seeing Amber since August of 2023. She is very thorough and extremely caring. I feel very comfortable talking to her about things going on in my life. She reaches out to me just to check in. It's uplifting to know your sharing things with someone who really cares. She has been a great help for me to understanding things I struggle to see. Amber is much appreciated.

Amber has been my therapist for over three months now. She has been a tremendous help with the long term issues I have been facing. She somehow manages to get right to the core and root cause of the issues. She is highly intelligent which shows through her abilities to diagnose and provide insight to problems. Every session she takes detailed notes and always seems to have a clear vision as to what the ever changing situation is and provides insights on how to approach everyday challenges. Five star review from me. Tyler

Amber has been my weekly therapist since October 2023. Her incredible support has gotten me out of the very big hole of depression and grief I've been living in for the past two years since my mother's death. We've been working every week on my grief, childhood trauma, living with Bipolar Disorder, self-confidence, anxiety, depression, and much more. She is insightful, inquisitive, non-judgmental, and so helpful. Her knowledge and understanding of psychology, her persistence, patience, and beautiful brain are something I will forever be grateful for. She gave me my life back. Thank you, Amber <3
