Memory OfReviews of memory-of.com

This is ridiculous you pay money to this site an now you cannot even get to it for your picture! Shame on all of you !!!

My son passed away in 2007 and I paid money to have his memorial placed on their site forever. My father-in-law just passed away last Thursday so I was going to make a memorial for him when I wanted to check on my son's and found that it is "NO LONGER LISTED" on their website. I tried to contact "Memory-Of.com" with my name and number on the link that they provide on their site, and I keep getting the message that MY message, can NOT be sent. I even made different emails using different servers thinking that maybe they had a problem with my primary server, but I STILL l get the same message. it's pretty sad that when you have a loved one who passes away, and you want to make a memory last a lifetime, and you trust a site like this... (which I thought was reputable considering all of the other memorials that are listed)... that they would allow something like this to happen, and not even list a business number in the event that email access can not be obtained. I'm very hurt and angry over this and I will NOT be adding my Father-in-Law to this at all.
